From 1 April 2023 on artists will submit online a proposal for an art work of any genre. 

The prize will be awarded every four years. The award consists of a cash prize and additionally a production fund. An independent jury of experts will select a project and announce the winner on 29 February 2024. 

Submissions can be entered online until 30 September 2023.
